we found out today that my sister ali, timmy and breck-breck had their offer accepted on their house and are moving back to milwaukee! the best part is that they will be living 8 blocks from us! we are looking forward to having them back in milwaukee and spending lots of time with each other!

thought I would share some pics of the two folks that take care of Tate. Katie is our nanny and takes excellent care of Tate 4 days a week. She is wonderful and we are so lucky to have her. We tell Tate that Katie is his first girlfriend!
Grandpa Jon (Tate Jon’s namesake) visits Tate every Thursday and spoils the boy rotten with all the hugs and kisses that he gives him throughout the day. I know that Tate brightens up Jon’s day but Jon brightens up Tate’s as well.

it is tate’s 6month birthday and he is celebrating with a bunch of smiles and laughter. matt had him belly laughing last night while playing peek-a-boo. i think i even heard a snort – he might not look like an ebbers but he can snort like one!

Yup, you can add the title “Master Sitter” to Tate’s accomplished resume. He has learned that there is more to life than just laying on the ground waiting for someone to give him a toy. Sitting has given him a new perspective on life – one that is more than 3 inches off the ground!
